The Day of the Conference start is approaching fast and we are happy to introduce you the organisers of the Conference, those who have got the inspiration for this project and bravity to make it come true. They are Karolina Slifirska, Lena Grigorieva and John Gillespie.
Let us introduce you John first.
John Gillespie (UK) is a Gestalt psychotherapist who trained at the Gestalt Centre in London, the Metanoya Centre and also the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. While still in training, he founded New Gestalt Voices, an organisation that aims to support the voices of those least likely to be heard in socio-political dialogue, and to bring this into discussion in the Gestalt community. NGV publishes articles and does workshops on the role of power and related oppression in contemporary societies. It is an organisation that strives for non-hierarchicality, promoting the voice of new people, and new themes and approaches within our approach. At the same time, it remains in dialogue with existing currents and themes.
John is a very creative guy, able to be open when it hurts sharing his vulnerability. He is adherent to the values of gestalt philosophy and brave enough to go for explorations in all possible directions following his curiosity and intentionality.
John is a sensitive, supportive and open-minded person, white gay man living in Britain. Joy comes up when John is around.
John Gillespie (UK) is also a speaker on Gestalt Conference for Psychology and Psychotherapy Practitioners | On-line on the second day – 23th march 2024
Welcome to our space and you will experience it yourself!
